SpazeOne Strengthens Kochi Presence with Three-Centre Expansion.

SpazeOne, one of South India’s leading managed office space providers, has announced the launch of three new managed office centres in Kochi as part of its expansion roadmap for 2026.

With the addition of the new centres, along with the expansion of its existing facilities, the company will add nearly 1 lakh sq. ft. of flexible workspace in the city. The expansion is expected to provide close to 1,700 seats across key business locations, further strengthening its presence in Kochi’s commercial real estate market.

The upcoming centres will be located at MG Road, Infopark Phase-2 in Kakkanad, and AMV Park along the NH Bypass, targeting growing demand for managed and flexible office spaces in the region.
