Sobha Plans ₹22,000 Crore Housing Launches Over Next 18 Months.

Real estate developer Sobha Ltd has announced plans to launch residential projects worth ₹22,000 crore over the next 18 months as part of its nationwide expansion strategy.

According to the company’s latest investor presentation, Sobha will roll out 13 projects across major cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Chennai, Calicut, Thrissur, and Trivandrum.

The upcoming developments will collectively cover around 16 million square feet, with an estimated cumulative sales value of ₹22,000 crore. The move underscores Sobha’s focus on scaling its footprint in India’s prime urban markets.
