Signature Global Acquires 33.5 Acres in Gurugram's Sohna for ₹450 Crore.

Leading real estate developer Signature Global Ltd has acquired a significant land parcel in Gurugram's Sohna area for approximately ₹450 crore. The company plans to use the 33.47 acres to develop new housing projects.

Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal confirmed the purchase, stating, "We have recently purchased a total of 33.47 acres of land in Sohna Gurugram," during a NAREDCO convention on Saturday.

The Gurugram-based company has rapidly risen in the real estate sector, becoming the fifth-largest player in terms of pre-sales during the last fiscal year. The company's sales reached a record high of ₹10,290 crore for the period.

This strategic land acquisition in Sohna is expected to bolster Signature Global's development pipeline and capitalize on the growing demand for housing in the region.
