"Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd to Acquire Industrial Land and Building in Solan"

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited's Board of Directors ("the Board") has approved the acquisition of industrial land and building in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, from M/s Kulja Industries Limited. The decision was made at a Board meeting held today.

The acquisition involves an industrial building with a constructed area of 2,043.21 square meters, along with leasehold rights for 2,236 square meters of land. The property is located at Plot No. 1, Industrial Estate, Chambaghat, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh - 173213.

The total cash consideration for this acquisition, which includes the land and building, is approximately ₹6.50 crore, excluding applicable fees, taxes, and stamp duty.

This acquisition aligns with Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd's future expansion plans and provides additional capacity for its industrial operations and projects. The new property is expected to support the company's growth and production requirements as it continues to expand its business in Himachal Pradesh.
