Sheth Homes inks pact for nearly 1-million-sq-ft joint development in Mumbai’s Kandivali.

Realty developer Sheth Homes has entered into an agreement with a local developer Bombay Slum Redevelopment Corporation to jointly develop a residential project with nearly 1 million sq ft saleable area in Kandivali suburb of Mumbai.

The project is the free-sale component of a slum rehabilitation project and the Ashwin Sheth Group company will be investing over Rs. 400 crore to develop this portion of the project.
