The transaction, valued at Rs. 18,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores only), encompasses various expenses such as stamp duty, registry expenses, legal expenses, and taxes. This strategic investment reflects SBC Exports Limited's commitment to expanding its operations and strengthening its presence in the export market.
