Satya launches premium residential project at Gurgaon.

Satya Group, has recently launched a premium residential project called Platina at The Hermitage, located on the Dwarka Expressway.

The project comprises three and four BHK apartments and penthouses, sizes of which range between 1,947 sq ft and 2,605 sq ft. The company plans to deliver the project by December 2015. The project is priced at Rs. 5,750 per sq ft.

'Due to the transformation in people's approach for quality properties and corresponding increase in the level of sophistication, there is a growing demand for premium apartments across cities and we want to cater to this demand,' Manish Agarwal, managing director of Satya Group said.

The project is strategically located in Sector 103, Gurgaon, and surrounded by premium residential complexes, business hubs and high rise condominiums. The apartments and penthouses are energy-efficient with power back-up. The project is in close proximity to Indira Gandhi international airport. The project will further comprise vibrant mix of straight line modern living spaces with ample amenities for recreation, interaction and cultural expression, the company said in a statement.
