Sarovar Hotels opens Park Plaza in Zirakpur, Punjab.

Indian hospitality brand Sarovar Hotels, launched its Park Plaza in Zirakpur, Punjab recently. The 104-key hotel offers a large banquet and conferencing space to accommodate up to 3000 guests. This is also Sarovar's fifth property in the state. Other Sarovar Hotels in the state include two hotels in Chandigarh -Park Plaza and Hometel, and two properties in Ludhiana - Park Plaza and City Heart Sarovar Portico.

This hotel is located on the Ambala - Chandigarh National Highway - 21, which also connects Zirakpur with Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. The hotel is six kilometers from the Chandigarh Airport.

The Park Plaza boasts of the largest banqueting space in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. The banqueting space is 80,000 sq. ft. as well as a 15500 sq. ft. pillar-less hall that can accommodate more than 1800 guests and over 60,000 sq. ft. well-manicured lawns that can hold a gathering of up to 3000 guests.
