An unnamed source told the Press Trust of India (PTI), "Samsung has expanded its manufacturing portfolio. It has started manufacturing laptops in India at its Greater Noida factory. It has plans to start manufacturing more devices in the country."

The decision to manufacture laptops in India aligns with the government's push to establish the country as a global electronics manufacturing hub.
