"Sameera Warehouster Secures 2.6 Lakh Sq Ft Warehousing Deal with Automotive Firm"
Sameera Warehouster, a leading warehousing solutions provider in India, has announced the construction of a 2.6 lakh sq. ft. facility for a prominent automobile firm on the Bangalore-Chennai highway.
The project will commence with the development of 1.01 lakh sq. ft. in the first phase, creating a built-to-suit (BTS) warehouse in Ennathur tailored for a major automobile component manufacturer. The new facility aims to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth by setting new standards for industrial space.

In addition, Sameera Warehouster has acquired a 137-acre park in Chengalpet, which has the potential for 3 million sq. ft. of development. This expansion is part of the company’s vision to build a robust infrastructure, with development expected to begin soon, offering new growth and innovation opportunities.
The company plans to develop eight logistics projects across four key markets, spanning 460 acres with a combined development potential of 9 million sq. ft.
