RITES Ltd Wins ₹46.82 Crore Project.

RITES Ltd has been awarded a significant ₹46.82 crore (excluding GST) contract for the "Construction and renovations of Government First Grade college at various location in Karnataka under PM USHA Scheme." The order was received from the Department of Collegiate and Technical Education (DCTE), Office of the Commissioner, Unnatha Shikshna Soudha, Seshadri Road, Bengaluru.

Notably, this project, which was initially considered on a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) basis, has now been converted into a turnkey contract. This means RITES Ltd will be responsible for the entire project, encompassing both the cost of the construction and renovation work, as well as its own fees.

The contract underscores RITES' growing capabilities in executing comprehensive infrastructure projects from conception to completion, further strengthening its portfolio in the education sector.
