RG Group's Noida project's first phase ready for possession.

RG Group has announced that phase one of its RG Residency is ready for possession. The project comprises 1,540 units of which 1,280 are ready to be given to customers. A few months ago, the group appeared helpless in coming to the aid of its buyers, who owned 1,280 units in the project because the National Green Tribunal (NGT) had barred them from issuing completion certificates.

Now that the ministry of environment has decided on the final restricted area of the Okhla bird sanctuary in Noida, the processes of handing over can be pushed into the pipeline. The RG Residency has now been handed over the completion certificate and naturally, there is all around happiness.

RG Residency is Noida's first landscaped podium residential complex, located in sector 120, which is spread across an area of 12.75 acres. The project is a 10-minute drive from Sector-32, Noida City Centre metro station, a 10-minute drive from Fortis Hospital, 15 minutes from Atta market, sector 18 and 20 minutes from neighbouring Delhi.

The complex offers options between 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, ranging from 472 sq ft to 1,452 sq ft of built-up area cocooned amongst lush green landscaped surroundings. It offers flats in seven main configurations.

Apart from the locational advantage, it also offers additional free of cost benefits like modular kitchen, cupboards in all bedrooms and wooden flooring in the master bedroom. The project offers a current BSP of Rs 5,000 per sq ft and the apartments are ready for possession.
