Ravetkar announces redevelopment project in Pune.
Real estate developers Ravetkar Group has announced the launch of its redevelopment project called 'Anusha Residency' in Pune.
Located in the fast developing Sahakar Nagar in Parvati, one of the most sought after residential areas in Pune, the project comprises a six-storey single tower, offering 3 and 4BHK duplex ultra luxury flats.
Attractively priced at Rs. 12,500 per sq ft, the 10 apartments that make up the property boasts exquisite design and it features state-of-the-art construction. The 3BHK apartments with 1,200 sq ft area carries a price tag of Rs. 1.54 crore while the 4BHK apartments in the 2,000–2,200 sq ft area range costs about Rs. 2.5 crore each.
The new residential project also promises generator backup and fire fighting equipment, besides offering solar panels and rainwater harvesting as integral features in all the units.
'Anusha Residency is under construction and it will be ready for possession by June 2016,' Amol Ravetkar, chairman and managing director at Ravetkar Group told Financial Chronicle.
He said with the constant influx of migrants coming to Pune for work and studies, and the scarcity of land to develop new housing projects, redevelopment has immense potential. 'Redevelopment happens to be an area of core expertise for us,' Ravetkar said.
The 30-year-old Pune-based Ravetkar Group with its presence in construction, architecture, information technology and hospitality, has built and sold several redevelopment projects across prime areas in Pune. Till date it has completed over 10 lakh sq ft of projects in and around Pune and at present it is developing residential projects of over 1 lakh sq ft in the city.
'We have always believed in delivering luxury for everyone. The personalised attention that we give to each and every client, the detailing that we take care of while designing the living spaces for them and our constant effort to upgrade the lifestyle of the buyers that we cater to is what sets us apart from others,' Ravetkar said.
