Qualcomm India Expands Bengaluru Footprint with 2.56 Lakh Sq Ft Lease at Bagmane Tech Park.

US-based chipmaker Qualcomm India has leased 2.56 lakh sq ft in Constellation Business Park – Virgo, part of Bagmane Tech Park in CV Raman Nagar, Bengaluru, according to Propstack data.

The office space spans the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 11th floors of the property. The lease carries a monthly rent of ₹113 per sq ft, amounting to ₹2.89 crore per month, with payments starting August 1, 2026.

The agreement includes a 15 per cent rent escalation every three years and a security deposit of ₹5 crore. The total rental commitment over the lease tenure is estimated at ₹184 crore, underscoring Qualcomm’s significant expansion in Bengaluru, a key hub for its operations in India.
