Puravankara Enters JV for ₹1,100 Crore Residential Project in Bengaluru

Real estate developer Puravankara Ltd has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop an 11.23-acre residential project in Doddagubbi, North Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential of around ₹1,100 crore.

In a regulatory filing, the Bengaluru-based company said it has partnered with the landowner for the project, although it did not disclose the owner's identity. The proposed development will offer a total developable area of approximately 0.74 million square feet.

Puravankara did not reveal the planned investment for the project.

The announcement comes on the back of a strong financial performance by the company. For FY26, Puravankara reported a net profit of ₹56.75 crore, compared with a net loss of ₹182.92 crore in the previous fiscal year. Its total income rose sharply to ₹3,846.42 crore from ₹2,093.13 crore a year earlier.
