Prologis Begins Construction of 1.1 Million Sq Ft Logistics Park in North Chennai.

Prologis has commenced construction of Prologis Park Redhills CPRR, a Grade A industrial and logistics park in North Chennai with a total development potential of 1.1 million sq ft. The project is being developed on a 51-acre site along the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road (CPRR) corridor.

The Redhills project marks Prologis’ third location in Tamil Nadu, adding to its presence in Hosur and Sriperumbudur. According to a company release, these developments together represent an investment of ₹3,300 crore and cover around 6.5 million sq ft across key industrial and manufacturing hubs in the state.

The first phase of Prologis Park Redhills CPRR will include two buildings with a combined area of approximately 412,000 sq ft. Construction is currently under way, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2027, the company said.
