Premier Explosives Ltd's new Solid Propellant Plant at Katepally, near Hyderabad, has been inaugurated on Friday, August 23, 2019 by Mr. K.P.S. Murthy, Outstanding Scientist and Director of High Energy Materials Research Laboratory (HEMRL), Pune.
