Precision Wires India Ltd. updates on expansion project at Silvassa.

Precision Wires India Limited has announced updates regarding status of Expansion / Modernization Project at Silvassa:

- Almost all the orders for the equipment's have been placed. Civil works have been completed. Some of the equipment's have arrived and others are in the pipeline. Commercial production is expected to start from March 2023 onwards until end of 2023 in stages/phases.

- The Company has recently been sanctioned a Term Loan of Rs. 35 crores for the above Expansion/Modernization Project. Documentation and other formalities thereof are in progress.
