Public sector undertaking Oil India Ltd. has notified 2 Hydrocarbon Discoveries in the Upper Assam Basin.
An official statement said that the discoveries were made during April in the wells Borbhuibil-1 and Lakwagaon-1. OIL said that the discoveries have opened up avenue for exploration of already identified leads and prospects in the area.
