NTPC, ABD & Kyushu plans JV Co. to develop 'Green' projects New Delhi: Power majors NTPC Ltd, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Kyuden International Corporation (Kyushu), signed an agreement to form a joint venture company to develop 'green' projects.

The proposed venture will establish a portfolio of about 500 MW of renewable power generation capacity in the country over a period of three years.

The venture JV firm will start with wind power and small hydroelectric power projects. The initial authorised share capital of the company would be Rs 6.5 crore.
