Adimulapu Suresh, the Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development, marked a significant day for Rajamahendravaram on Tuesday as he laid the foundation stone for a multitude of development projects and inaugurated a host of new parks. These initiatives are part of the ₹177 crore Rajamahendravaram City Development Fund, aiming to enhance the city's infrastructure and public spaces.

In the company of Rajamahendravaram MP Margani Bharat, District Collector K. Madhavilatha, and Rajamahendravaram Municipal Commissioner K. The first is the ₹95 crore solid waste treatment plant, a vital component in the city's efforts to manage waste efficiently and in an eco-friendly manner. The second project is the ₹22 crore Godavari River Front initiative, poised to transform the city's waterfront into a vibrant and accessible public space.

In addition to these significant foundation-laying ceremonies, Minister Suresh also inaugurated the Kambala Cheruvu park, developed at an expenditure of ₹15 crore. This newly created green space promises to provide the residents of Rajamahendravaram with a serene and recreational environment.
