"MRPL Opens New Marketing Terminal in Bengaluru"

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has announced the commissioning of a new marketing terminal in Bengaluru, aiming to enhance fuel distribution efficiency in the region.

According to a media statement, the new terminal will facilitate the cost-effective placement of Aviation  Turbine Fuel (ATF) near major airports, including Bengaluru, ensuring a steady supply to meet growing demand.

M Shyamprasad Kamath, Managing Director of MRPL, emphasized the importance of the new terminal in the company’s broader mission. “This terminal is a key investment in our effort to provide high-quality fuel to our expanding customer base,” Kamath said. “It underscores our commitment to energy security while supporting the economic development of the region. We plan to leverage this terminal to maximize revenue and value for MRPL by expanding our retail network and aviation business in this rapidly developing area.”
