Mepco to take up electrification projects

Muzaffargarh: The Multan Electric Power Company (Mepco) has received a sum of Rs 80 million under the Prime Ministers package for NA-178 constituency. Prime Minister, Yousuf Raza Gilani has released the amount for village electrification programme in his (MNAs) constituency.

The company had received the amount for the development projects. It would achieve 100 per cent electrification in his constituency by the end of 2009.
