MEP Infra along with Sanjose India receives LOA from National Highway Authority of India.

MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited has informed the Exchange vide letter dated May 27, 2016 that MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited - Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction Pvt. Ltd. - JV has received Letter of Award ('LOA') dated May 26, 2016 from NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) for the following Project : Four Laning of TALAJA - MAHUVA Section of NH - 8E from KM. 53.585 TO KM. 100.100 (design chainage from KM. 54.990 TO KM.100.450) (PACKAGE II) in the state of Gujarat on Hybrid Annuity mode under NHDP Phase IV. Key highlights of the Project are as under : (i) Construction Period : 2.5 years from the Appointed Date; (ii) Concession Period : 15 years (excluding Construction Period of 2.5 years); (iii) The Bid Project Cost is Rs. 643.05 Crores (Rupees Six Hundred Forty Three Crores and Five Lacs) and O&M Bid is Rs.9.00 Crores (Rupees Nine Crores) for the First Year; (iv) The Company will receive Bi-Annual Annuity from NHAI post Commercial Operation Date (COD). Further, MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd - Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction Pvt. Ltd. JV, Hybrid Annuity order book stands at Rs. 3,232.31 Crores (Rupees Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Two Crores and Thirty One Lacs ) to be executed over the next 3 years (from the Appointed Date).
