Marriott Signs Deal with Aratt One World for 370-Key Hotel in Electronic City, Set to Open by 2030.

Marriott International, Inc. has signed an agreement with Aratt One World Pvt Ltd to develop the JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City, a 370-key luxury property spanning four acres. The hotel is expected to become operational by 2030, with Marriott managing its hospitality operations.

Aratt One World is investing ₹3,500 crore in a mixed-use township, of which ₹1,200 crore has been allocated for phase one, which includes the JW Marriott hotel.
