Malabar Developers to launch mall.

Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has laid the foundation stone for the 'Mall of Travancore', claimed to be a shopping mall of global standards promoted by Malabar Developers, the property development division of the Malabar Group.

Coming up adjacent to the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport and Technopark, the mall will feature more than 200 outlets dealing in global brands over six lakh sq ft of shopping space, a press release said. Luxury villas, townships and shopping malls figure in the expansion plans of Malabar Developers, it added.
