M3M India to Invest ₹600 Crore in Gurugram Commercial Project

Real estate developer M3M India has announced an investment of ₹600 crore to develop a new commercial project, M3M Capital Financial Center, in Gurugram. Located on 1.42 acres in Sector 113 along Dwarka Expressway, the project will comprise 165 units, including 152 premium office spaces, six multiplex units and seven retail outlets. The development is targeted for completion by 2029.

M3M India is part of the Gurugram-based M3M Group, which also operates Smartworld Developers. The group has a portfolio spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across North India.

The announcement comes as M3M Group plans to invest around ₹10,000 crore during the current financial year towards construction and land acquisition. Promoter Pankaj Bansal said the group currently has more than 30 million sq ft under construction and remains focused on project delivery. The company also plans to allocate approximately ₹2,500 crore this fiscal year for land banking, including participation in upcoming Noida land auctions.
