Kolkata-headquartered realty player Merlin Group is coming up with a 102-apartment premium housing complex at Paddapukur on CIT Road almost in central Kolkata.

Called Merlin Legacy, the complex will have two B+G+11 towers spread across a 72-cottah land. Some of the major highlights of the project, according to the developers, would be its structural grandeur, world-class design and, last but not the least, space utilisation.

The apartments, according to the developers, will be meticulously planned with two/three sides open, cross-ventilation and adequate daylight, air-conditioned living spaces, split air-conditioning in all rooms, including the drawing/living room.
