Lotus Greens launches projects worth over Rs. 4,400 cr in NCR.

The NCR-based real estate company Lotus Greens officially launched recently four new projects worth over Rs. 4,400 crore.

Lotus Arena in Noida, targeting sports and health enthusiasts, has already been sold out, Brijesh Bhanote, Director Sales & Marketing, Lotus Greens Developers, said. The project is priced at Rs. 4,500 per sq ft.

Lotus Isle, at Rs. 7,500 per sq ft, is a mixed-use development project in Noida, and would offer serviced residences too.

Woodview Residences, at Rs. 7,200 per sq ft, would offer a low-rise terrace homes project in Gurgaon.

The company is also building a relatively affordable 50-acre project, Lotus Parkscape on the Yamuna Expressway, which would offer houses starting Rs. 30 lakh (₹2,900 per sq ft). All four projects put together, the company would launch around 5,000 housing units, Bhanote added.
