Lodha Developers Eyes ₹10,000 Crore from Monetisation of 150-Acre MMR Data Centre Park.
Lodha Developers Ltd plans to monetise around 150 acres of land at its data centre park in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) over the next three to four years, with the sale expected to generate nearly ₹10,000 crore, according to the company's Managing Director Abhishek Lodha.
Speaking during a conference call with market analysts, Lodha said the proposed land sales form part of the company's broader asset monetisation strategy and are a recurring component of its business model rather than a one-off initiative.
He noted that land monetisation has been a planned pillar of the company's operations, aimed at unlocking value from its land bank while supporting future growth.
Lodha Developers currently owns about 660 acres at its data centre park in the MMR, providing significant scope for phased monetisation as demand for data centre infrastructure continues to grow.
