Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hotel chains, has announced the signing of a new property in Najibabad, Uttar Pradesh, marking its 25th hotel in the state.
Currently operating eight hotels in Uttar Pradesh, the company has 17 more in the pipeline, including the Najibabad property, highlighting its continued expansion in one of India’s fastest-growing travel markets. The upcoming hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Strategically located in Bijnor district, Najibabad serves as a gateway to popular spiritual and leisure destinations such as Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Jim Corbett National Park. The town’s steady pilgrimage and wildlife tourism demand, combined with improving regional infrastructure, make it a promising location for quality branded hospitality.
The hotel will be easily accessible, situated 88 km from Jolly Grant Airport and just 8.6 km from Najibabad Junction railway station, providing convenience for both business and leisure travelers. The property will feature 100 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, conference facilities, and recreational amenities including a fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa.
Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Vilas Pawar, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, said, “Najibabad’s unique position at the crossroads of spiritual, leisure, and transit travel makes it an exciting addition to our portfolio. As we continue to expand in Uttar Pradesh, our focus remains on creating vibrant, welcoming spaces that deliver reliable comfort and memorable experiences for our guests.”
With this latest signing, Lemon Tree Hotels strengthens its presence in high-potential regional markets, bringing its signature blend of warmth, value, and consistency to emerging destinations across India.
