Kyndryl Unveils 250,000-Square-Foot Office Hub in Bengaluru

Kyndryl, a prominent IT infrastructure services provider, has recently inaugurated its expansive 250,000-square-foot office space within Bengaluru’s prestigious Embassy Manyata Business Park. This state-of-the-art facility marks a significant milestone for the company, as it accommodates not only Kyndryl’s first global Customer Experience Center (CEC) but also houses essential operational hubs such as the Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC), and the Kyndryl Vital Studio.

In a press release issued by the company, it was emphasized that the newly established office will play a pivotal role in bolstering Kyndryl’s global delivery operations while fostering the adoption of hybrid work models. Additionally, the facility aims to enrich both employee and customer experiences through its innovative design and strategic functionalities.

James Rutledge, Global Head of Delivery at Kyndryl, expressed enthusiasm about the inauguration, stating, “Helping our customers become more adaptive, resilient, and future-ready is our top priority. The new office will provide our customers with an integrated view of our tech skills and capabilities. It will also offer our employees an environment that encourages collaboration and drives personal productivity and learning, allowing us to deliver expertise and speed at scale using AI-powered automation.”

Furthermore, the company has made commendable strides in ensuring inclusivity and sustainability within its workspace. The office boasts facilities tailored for individuals with disabilities, gender-neutral restrooms, and adaptable hybrid workspaces. Moreover, adhering to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) guidelines, the infrastructure is optimized for energy efficiency, accompanied by a robust waste management system aimed at minimizing landfill waste.

Kyndryl has set ambitious environmental goals, aiming to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040. In line with its commitment to sustainability, the company has been awarded an EcoVadis Silver rating in its inaugural full fiscal year, positioning Kyndryl among the top 25% of all participating organizations. This dedication to environmental stewardship underscores Kyndryl’s holistic approach towards corporate responsibility and its ongoing efforts to drive positive change within the industry.
