Krishnapatnam port resumes operations.

The Hyderabad-based CVR group-led Krishnapatnam Port Company resumed normal operations recently within 50 days after its functioning was adversely affected due to siltation.

'We have been able to resume our original scale of operations in such a short period which is one of the fastest turnaround to normalcy after our operations were impacted,' Anil Yendluri, Director and CEO of Krishnapatnam Port, said in a statement.
