IRB Infrastructure Developers achieves financial closure

Mumbai: IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed that IRB Jaipur Deoli Tollway Pvt. Ltd. and IRB Pathankot Amritsar Toll Road Pvt. Ltd. - wholly-owned Subsidiaries of the Company, have achieved financial closure in terms of the Concession Agreement executed with NHAI, by tying up of debt of Rs. 900 Crore & Rs. 924 Crore respectively from Banks Financial Institutions.
