Indian Hotels Company to Launch New Taj Hotel on Chennai’s ECR.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), the operator of the Taj brand, has announced plans to develop a new Taj hotel on East Coast Road (ECR) in Chennai.

The greenfield project will be undertaken in collaboration with MGM Healthcare and will feature 151 rooms across a 12-acre property.

The hotel will include two large banquet venues measuring approximately 10,000 and 5,300 square feet, additional meeting rooms, and two specialty restaurants, offering a comprehensive mix of luxury accommodation and event facilities.
