IL&FS Transportation Networks plans fund raising

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd is scheduled on Friday, July 27, 2018 to consider raising of funds by way of issue of securities including but not limited to equity shares and /or any other securities convertible into equity shares through further public offer / qualified institutional placement (QIP) / preferential issue / rights issue or through any other permissible mode or a combination thereof as may be permitted under applicable laws subject to approval of the Members of the Company, if required and other appropriate approvals.
