ILandFS Trans - Issue of Provisional Completion Certificate for Jabalpur-Jaipur Border Check Post.

IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd. has informed BSE that MP Border Checkpost Development Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, which had been mandated the development of 24 Border Check Posts by the M P Road Development Corporation Limited; has been issued Provisional Completion Certificate to commercially operate the Jabalpur - Jaipur Border Check Post (S -6) with effect from March 31, 2014.

This is in addition to the existing 6 numbers of Border Check posts already in operation at (i) Agra - Mumbai, (ii) Indore - Ahmedabad, (iii) Shivpuri - Kota, (iv) Betul Nagpur, (v) Indore Icchapur and (vi) Mhow - Neemuch for which Provisional Completion Certificate has been issued and in operation as of date.

The Project is fee based with a Concession period of 12½ years.
