The Board of Directors of HLV Ltd has granted approval for the establishment of a luxury hotel and resort on a parcel of land spanning approximately 12.92 acres in Vellimon, situated near Kollam, Kerala. This land, known as the Asthamudi Lake, is owned by Rockfort Estate Developers Private Limited, a promoter Group Company. HLV Ltd intends to lease the land to commence construction of the proposed hotel and resort.
