Hilton and Royal Orchid Hotels Announce Deal to Expand Portfolio by 125 Hotels.

Hilton has signed a strategic licensing agreement with Royal Orchid Hotels to develop 125 properties under the Hampton by Hilton brand in India by 2035.

The agreement marks Hilton’s third such partnership in recent months and is aimed at strengthening its presence in the upper midscale segment across South and West India. Under the deal, the hotels will be developed through a franchise model, with operations managed by the Royal Orchid Group.

The new properties will primarily come up in states including Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Globally, the Hampton by Hilton brand has a footprint of more than 3,100 properties.
