HG Infra Engineering Ltd Secures EPC Contracts for Solar Power Plants

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (the "Company") has recently inked Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts on March 30, 2024, with Norangdesar Solar Developer Private Limited and Rasisar Solar Developer Private Limited for the development of Solar Power Plants.

The agreement with Norangdesar Solar Developer Private Limited encompasses the EPC contract for the design, survey, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of two solar power plants. These plants will be established under the project 'Design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance for 25 years (unless extended by both parties on mutual agreement) from Commercial Operation Date (COD) of grid-connected solar power plant(s) through RESCO mode.' The project aims to solarize agriculture consumers connected on 11 KV feeders of the GSS under KUSUM Scheme - Component C (Feeder Level Solarisation) in JDVVNL against TN-DSM-02. The total capacity of the solar plants is 6.52 MW (AC), with an estimated construction/development cost of INR 36 Crore (Including GST). H.G. Solar Projects Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, has established Norangdesar Solar Developer Private Limited with an equity shareholding of 49% to execute the solar power plant projects.

Similarly, the contract with Rasisar Solar Developer Private Limited entails the EPC contract for the design, survey, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of two solar power plants. These plants will also operate under the project 'Design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance for 25 years (unless extended by both parties on mutual agreement) from Commercial Operation Date (COD) of grid-connected solar power plant(s) through RESCO mode.'
