Goldi Solar completes 140 rooftop installations at Gujarat's Chikhalda village.

Chikhalda village, located approximately 390 km from Gandhinagar, has become fully energy independent thanks to a comprehensive rooftop solar project completed by renewable energy company Goldi Solar.

In a statement released recently, the Ishver Dholakiya-led company announced it has installed solar panels on every building in the village, including private homes, the local school, public spaces, and water infrastructure. The entire project was carried out at zero cost to the residents, ensuring a stable, 24/7 electricity supply.

Goldi Solar stated that the village's energy independence was achieved by deploying its high-quality solar modules, which are manufactured using "cutting-edge AI-powered technology."
