Godrej Properties targets over ₹10,000 crore revenue from upcoming Mumbai housing project.

Godrej Properties Ltd is expecting to generate over ₹10,000 crore in revenue from its upcoming premium housing project at Worli in Mumbai, the company said.

The project, named ‘Godrej Trilogy’, will be developed on a 2.63-acre land parcel and will feature three residential towers. In the first phase, the company plans to launch two towers within the current quarter.

The project marks one of Godrej Properties’ key launches in Mumbai’s luxury residential market this fiscal year.
