Gabriel India Bets ₹3,166 Crore on Korean-Linked HL Mando, Klemove Through Project Jupiter.

Gabriel India has unveiled Project Jupiter, a ₹3,166-crore investment plan to acquire strategic stakes in Korean-linked automotive technology firms HL Mando Anand India and HL Klemove India, strengthening its presence across the mobility value chain.

Under the plan, Gabriel India will acquire a 28.99 per cent stake in HL Mando Anand India for ₹2,231 crore and a 30 per cent minus one share stake in HL Klemove India for $98.44 million (about ₹935 crore), the company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

The company, the listed flagship of the $2.2-billion ANAND Group, said the acquisitions deepen its long-standing technology partnerships with Korean companies. The additions of HL Mando and HL Klemove expand Gabriel India's existing collaborations with CY Myutec, Jinhap and SK Enmove. Its broader global alliance network also includes Dana, Henkel and Inalfa Roof Systems.

"These investments strengthen Gabriel India's position as a comprehensive mobility platform by bringing together complementary capabilities across the automotive value chain," Executive Chairperson Anjali Singh said.
