Finance is Not an Obstacle for Amaravati Capital Project, Says AP Minister Narayana.

Ponguru Narayana, the Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development for Andhra Pradesh, is once again overseeing the Amaravati Capital Project under the NDA government led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, having previously held the same portfolio from 2014 to 2019.

During his first term in the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) government, Narayana played a crucial role in planning and implementing the Greenfield Amaravati Capital Project. Now, as he resumes his responsibilities, he is focused on revitalizing efforts to complete the capital city.

In an interview with BusinessLine, Narayana discussed the current state of the Amaravati project and the plans moving forward. He emphasized that financing would not pose a hurdle to the project's progress, reassuring stakeholders of the government's commitment to developing the new capital.
