Dynamatic Technologies Ltd's aerospace division converted to EOU.

Dynamatic Technologies Ltd's Aerospace Division located at Bangalore, India has been converted from Domestic Tariff Area ("DTA") to an Export Oriented Undertaking ("EOU") under the existing Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. In this context, the requisite Letter of Permission (LoP) and Green Card has been issued and all registration formalities have been completed with Customs authorities and the first import shipment has been received under the said scheme i.e., EOU. With this EOU certification, the Company is now eligible to avail duty free imports and deemed export benefits to the extent transactions relate to our Aerospace Division.
