Disha brings Nulife to senior citizens of Kamshet.

Disha Direct, the Mumbai-based real estate firm and Gagan Group, the Pune-based developer, have jointly launched Nulife, a residential project for senior citizens at Kamshet near Lonavala-Khandala — about 60 km from Pune and 100 km from Mumbai. Designed by Perkins Eastman, USA, Nulife is conceptualised and marketed by Disha Direct and being developed by Gagan Group.

Spread over 14 acres, the project, with an investment of Rs. 200 crore, is targeting Rs. 400 crore sales. Nulife will consist of 700 residential units of 1BHK (609 - 930 sq ft) and 2BHK (1,063 - 1,184 sq ft) apartments.
