Commuters Suffer as Road Work Remains Incomplete.

A two-km stretch from CRP Square to Jaydev Vihar bypass road at IRC Village is lying in a dilapidated condition for over an year now.

A major part of the road between Ekamra Park and N-5 area of IRC Village has been dug at several places for four-laning of the road, construction of drains and a sewerage system. Though construction work was initiated around one and a half years back, its sluggish progress has left residents of the area in deep trouble. Despite repeated complaints, no step has been taken by the Works Department to complete the road work.
