Coca-Cola plant in Vizag district.

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited will set up a non-alcoholic beverages plant at Krishnampalem in Visakhapatnam district with an investment of Rs. 1,375 crore.

The government has asked the AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) to allot 100 acres of land to the company at Krishnampalem for setting up the plant. The company will invest Rs. 1,375 crore in the coming 10 years and provide employment to about 3,645 people. The government has also granted permission to APIIC to allocate 95 acres of land to Essel Defence Solutions at Somanchipalli in Gudipudi mandal in Anantapur district.
