Ceigall India Order Book Strengthens with Four Highway Packages Worth ₹2,150 Crore.

Ceigall India Ltd. has secured four Letters of Acceptance from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways for road construction packages on NH-913, also known as the Frontier Highway, in Arunachal Pradesh.

According to a regulatory filing, the contracts have been awarded to CIL-SIML, a joint venture between Ceigall India and Sushee Infra Mining. The joint venture is 74% owned by Ceigall India and 26% by Sushee Infra Mining. The four contracts carry a combined bid cost of ₹2,149.62 crore.

All four projects have been awarded on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis and involve the construction of intermediate-lane roads across different stretches of the Frontier Highway.

The first package covers the 0.000 km to 55.725 km stretch of the Huri-Taliha section, with a bid cost of ₹521 crore. The second covers the 0.000 km to 78.38 km Sarli-Huri stretch and is valued at ₹611.10 crore.

The third package covers the 55.725 km to 113.25 km stretch of the Huri-Taliha section, with a bid cost of ₹525 crore, while the fourth covers the 160.75 km to 209.90 km stretch of the same section, at a bid cost of ₹492.52 crore.

Three packages—the first, second and fourth—are scheduled for completion within 36 months. The third package has an execution period of 48 months. Each contract also includes a five-year maintenance obligation following completion of construction.

Commenting on the orders, Ramneek Sehgal, Chairman and Managing Director of Ceigall India, said the projects strengthen the company’s presence in India’s strategic road infrastructure development and demonstrate its ability to execute large and complex projects in challenging geographies.

He added that the company remains focused on delivering the projects with high standards of quality, safety and timely execution while contributing to improved infrastructure connectivity in the region.
