Casagrand rolls out twin residential developments in Chennai.

Chennai-based Casagrand recently announced the launch of two residential communities in the city, expanding its presence in both the luxury apartment and villa segments.

The company has introduced Casagrand Aquagrove, a premium waterfront resort-style luxury apartment project overlooking the scenic Puzhal Lake in North Chennai, along with Casagrand Glenmere, a contemporary villa community in South Chennai, according to a release.

Located in Madhavaram, Casagrand Aquagrove is being positioned as Chennai’s first waterfront promenade development overlooking the expansive 4,500-acre lake, aiming to bring resort-style living to North Chennai. The project spans 6.7 acres and comprises 544 premium 2, 3 and 4 BHK high-rise apartments designed to offer panoramic lake views, along with enhanced natural light and ventilation.

Homes in the development are priced starting at ₹89 lakh, the company said.
